Carolina Psychiatry Center, PLLC accepts Cigna Health Insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance, and Blue Cross Blue Shield State Health Plan (except for Blue Home, Blue Local and Blue Value plans). We are considered Out-of-Network with other insurance companies, but you may be able to submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement according to the terms of your insurance plan.

We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flex Spending Account (FSA), Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards as payment.  There is a $35 charge for any checks that are returned unpaid by your bank. Please be advised that attempted chargebacks for non-fraudulent transactions will be subject to investigation and the patient may be subject to additional fees.

General Out of Network Fees:

• New Child and Adolescent Patient Appointment: $500
• New Adult Patient Appointment: $400
• 30-minute Follow-up Appointment: $200
• 45-minute Follow-up Appointment: $245

Please notify our office immediately if you are unable to keep your appointment. The full amount of the appointment will be charged if an appointment is missed without a 48-hour cancellation notice.
