Carolina Psychiatry Center, PLLC is a mental health practice that embodies professionalism, integrity, and compassion. Patients of all ages are welcomed at Carolina Psychiatry Center, PLLC. It is our goal to provide mental health services in a variety of ways, including in-office psychiatric evaluations, psychiatric consultations, telemedicine (video) psychiatry, house-calls, and individual, couple’s, and group psychotherapy.
Research shows that psychotherapy in combination with medication management can lead to favorable outcomes in revitalizing mental health. Whether you prefer medication management or talk-therapy, Dr. O’Neal will work with you on developing an individualized treatment plan to help you meet your goals.

We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flex Spending Account (FSA), Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards as payment.
Carolina Psychiatry Center, PLLC accepts Cigna Health Insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance, and Blue Cross Blue Shield State Health Plan (except for Blue Home, Blue Local and Blue Value plans). We are considered Out-of-Network with other insurance companies, but you may be able to submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement according to the terms of your insurance plan.
