Medication Management-Medications can be helpful in treating psychiatric conditions. Dr. O’Neal’s goal is to help determine what medication(s) are most effective for you.
Individual Therapy and Couple's Therapy- Dr. O’Neal is trained in multiple psychotherapy modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Research shows that psychotherapy in combination with medication management can lead to favorable outcomes in revitalizing mental health. Whether you prefer medication management or talk-therapy, Dr. O’Neal will work with you on developing an individualized treatment plan to help you meet your goals.
